Unknown Manufacturer of a Hammer Machine

On Instagram yesterday simonsen356panels posted a recent aquisition of an unknown and unnamed used machine.
Does anyone recognize who made it?
The poster is based in Germany.
The stroke varies by adjusting the handwheel, it can go from very light to fairly heavy hitting going by the video on the post.

it's quite odd lol, it looks old judging by the cast base but then modern looking at the round tube
