Its just dumb luck to find one , I got a small Japanese Vibrashear for $400 , a very old Pullmax for $1000 and I found very nice Nolan for my buddy for $2000,
First you need to get them before the scrap man , But then you have to move them !
I brought my P 21 about 8 / 9 Years ago and I paid $ 3,500 AU it had a some tooling and all the gadgets, arms ,guides, sliding arms, cutting tools,punching tools,off set jaws
long and short top screw down clamp etc etc
the nice thing about was delivery was included
This flanging tool came with the old Pullmax from the early 1950s , I did not understand what it was at the time and let it go when I sold the Pullmax !
