Here is are New Trumpf TAS 500 , we wired the 3 phase up today and our Electrician found the wiring diagram dated 1964 ??, any how it’s working fine and solid.
But it comes with no tooling so if ok may l ask for some Help in making or buying the special dies for .... thumbnails.... making special beads....flanging .... louvres .....

and tips would be great 👍.

l am definitely out of my comfort zone.

    Clean machine !
Most of these machines have been sitting in the corner or outside for years ,

What size tooling does it take ? And what does the lower tool holder look like ?

Then the question is how much is your time worth ? Is it better to just buy known good tooling or make it yourself and learn from your mistakes !

On both the other forums there are many threads on making tooling , thats a good start to read ,
then go to Google images and search "pullmax tooling" , there are 100s of photos , but thats only a start because the fine tuning is what makes them work and make the "magic" happen

AMS has some good stickies on making thumbnail shrinkers.

Robert is a whizz at making forming-tools as well,

          Cheers Charlie
