it is a good tool, 'windows key + shift key + S key' is a shortcut rather than typing in the search bar at the bottom of the screen

Microsoft has included Snipping Tool in windows for a decade or longer and I never knew about it
I would use my phone camera to take a screen shot until someone told me about this ,

you can capture the full page or just a section,
